Refund Policy

At Mega Dropshipping, we value customer satisfaction and recognize that, under certain circumstances, a refund may be necessary. We are committed to our customers and will provide a 100% refund of the money paid to Mega Dropshipping if you meet any refund eligibility criteria.

The following conditions describe our refund policy:

Eligibility for refunds:

Delivery Failure: If the store or service ordered by you is not delivered within a period of 7-45 business days, you may request a refund and it will be applied immediately to your original payment method without any questioning.

Refunds are provided to customers who have not made any sales within 6 months following the purchase date of their store and are able to provide the requested proof of marketing efforts and website activity.

  • Duration Proof: Customers must demonstrate that they have kept their Shopify account active for at least 6 months after purchasing their store.
  • Marketing Efforts: Customers must present proof of marketing efforts for their store during this period, such as ads or other forms of traffic acquisition, to be eligible for a refund.
  • Store Type and Cost: Eligibility for refunds is restricted to new purchases of pre-designed stores (not personalized or customized).

Exclusion of AI Dropshipping Stores: AI Based Dropshipping stores are NOT eligible for refunds.

Exclusion of Customized Stores: Customized or personalized stores are NOT eligible for refunds.

Exclusion of Monthly Payments: Payments made for your Shopify subscription are NOT eligible for refunds.

Procedure to request a refund:

Proof Submission: To request a refund, customers must provide proof of their Shopify store's operation for a minimum of six months without sales, along with proof of marketing efforts during this period.

Refund Request: Customers must submit their refund requests via email to info@megadropshipping.com, including all relevant details and supporting documents.

Evaluation: Refund requests will be evaluated individually, based on the criteria described in this policy.

This policy exclusively applies to the initial payment for pre-designed, non-personalized or customized stores. All other products or services offered by Mega Dropshipping are governed by their specific terms and conditions. The refund is only for the initial payment made to Mega Dropshipping; Shopify subscription payments are NOT refundable under any circumstances. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processing may take between 7 and 10 business days.

Mega Dropshipping is not responsible for the misuse of your online dropshipping business nor does it guarantee any amount of daily, monthly, or average sales. The amount of sales and profits you will obtain from your store primarily depends on the amount of time and management you invest in your dropshipping store, product demand, and the marketing strategy you use, not its design. Mega Dropshipping does not provide any marketing services at this time.
